ABOUT THE DOCTOR

Dr. Menoff received a Bachelor Degree in anatomy and physiology at Cornell University and a Master of Science Degree at the North Carolina State University. He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He completed a hospital based residency at the Buffalo General Hospital and remained on the staff in a supervisory capacity for several years. He served as the Director of Dentistry at the Tri-County Memorial Hospital Dental Clinic. In the past, he has given a series of guest lectures at the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine on topics relating to special care in dentistry and access to care. He was recognized as the Rural Health Provider Of the Year at the 25th Annual National Conference of the National Rural Health Association.
